Absolutely. With bespoke trip planning, I can coordinate the journey from beginning to end — including international airfare, hotels, private transportation, tours, guides, and restaurant reservations. The goal is to give you a well-planned trip without requiring you to spend hours researching and coordinating every piece yourself.
Can you book my flights, hotels, EXPERIENCES, AND transportation?
Yes. I work with families planning everything from milestone vacations to once-in-a-lifetime multigenerational trips. I’ll take everyone’s needs, interests, and comfort into consideration so there’s something for each generation to enjoy.
Do you work with families and multigenerational trips?
Yes, for bespoke trip planning and concierge services. Bespoke planning is 10% of your total trip budget with a $1,500 minimum, while our concierge service is $500 per month with a six-month minimum. For bespoke trips, I do my best to build my service fee into the overall cost of your trip by using my industry relationships, preferred partner rates, and access to special amenities and benefits. I want the value of working with me to extend well beyond the planning itself.
Do you charge a planning fee?
The earlier you reach out, the more options I have to work with, especially for popular destinations, luxury properties, private guides, and peak travel seasons. That said, there’s no single timeline that works for every trip. If you already have a destination and timeframe in mind, reach out and we can talk through what makes sense.
